Picture mum settled in our Winehouse Café with the vines stretching out beyond the window and a glass of award-winning fizz in hand. Make It a Day Out Together
The one thing no marketplace can post through a letterbox is time together. Our experiences for two give mum a proper Yorkshire day out, hosted by the family who grow the grapes.
Our most-gifted experience is the vineyard tour and tasting for two. It runs about ninety minutes and opens with a glass of our sparkling wine, before a relaxed walk through the vines and winery and a guided tasting of three wines with nibbles to match. Kathleen is named after my own mum, so this one will always be close to my heart. We make it the traditional way and only in small batches, and I think that bit of extra care shows in the glass.
