Meet our fullest-bodied red. Our 2025 Acolon is a dry, single-varietal red wine, deep in colour and full of plum, cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry flavours. Smooth and fruit forward, with plenty of body.
Pour it alongside a cheeseboard, a plate of charcuterie or something good from the grill. This single-varietal Yorkshire red has plenty of flavour to bring to the table.

Acolon has earned a bottle of its own. After an exceptional growing year in 2025, we were so pleased with the grapes that we chose to make a single-varietal wine, giving Acolon the chance to stand on its own.
You’ll find plum and cherry alongside the darker hedgerow flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry. It’s the fullest-bodied red in our range, with a deep colour and a smooth, fruit-forward character.

"We decided to produce Acolon as a single-varietal wine as 2025 was an exceptional growing year and we were really pleased with the quality and quantity of the Acolon grapes. We have previously blended the Acolon grapes into our Latimer red, but after such a good harvest, we decided it stands on it’s own as a deep coloured, fruit forward red wine."
