• The Welcome: A glass of our Sparkling Wine on arrival, in the Winehouse or out on the terrace with a view of the vines.
• The Tour: Our team takes them out into the vines and the winery to show exactly how it’s done, from the grapes in the field to the bottle. No question is too silly.
• The Tasting: A generous tasting of three of our still wines (white, red and rosé). We don’t just pour and run; we talk them through the flavours and the stories behind each bottle.
• The Nibbles: A plate of proper Yorkshire nibbles to go with the wine: cheese, meats, crackers, olives and chocolate.
