We don’t cut corners with carbonation tanks. Every bottle is fermented a second time inside the glass, creating those fine, persistent bubbles and lovely toasted brioche notes that you only get from patience and precision. Whether you choose our crisp, apple-fresh Sparkling White, our vibrant, berry-packed Sparkling Rosé, or the exquisite vintage Kathleen, you are drinking a wine of serious pedigree.
But just because it’s premium doesn’t mean it’s precious. We believe fizz is for drinking, not just for dusting off on special occasions. Perfect for a wedding toast, a summer BBQ, or just because it’s Friday.
We don’t take shortcuts. Every grape that goes into our wine is grown right here in our Nun Monkton soil. From the crisp Solaris to our signature Latimer, these are English grapes with a Yorkshire accent.
We don’t make wine to win trophies, we do it because we love it. But it’s always nice when the experts agree.
