Vineyard Tasting Trail
Taste our wines beside the grape varieties they’re made from. Join us for a summer evening wandering through our vineyards, stopping along the way to taste at least six of our sparkling and still wines, with nibbles to complement them.
We’ll share what goes into growing the grapes and making wine right here in Yorkshire, with a visit to our winery along the way. Then it’s back to the Winehouse café bar for supper. The bar will be open too, so you can buy a glass or bottle of a wine you’ve enjoyed on the trail and settle in for the rest of the evening.
£50 per adult, including the tasting trail, wine tastings, nibbles and supper.
The trail covers about a mile on generally level ground, with plenty of stops along the way. Bring sensible footwear.
How the Evening Flows
- Arrival (From 6:00 pm)
Meet us at the bar from 6:00 pm and settle in before we head out. If you’d like a drink before the trail, the bar will be open for purchases. - Trail starts at 6:30pm
We’ll set off around the vineyards, stopping at different grape varieties to taste the wines made from them. Enjoy at least six sparkling and still wines with nibbles, and hear more about the grapes and how we grow them. - Supper (Approx. 8:00 pm)
After the trail, we’ll sit down to supper at the Winehouse café bar. Our wines and beers will be available to buy from the bar throughout supper. - Finish around 9:30pm
The evening will draw to a close at around 9:30 pm.

- When: Selected Friday evenings in summer 2027. Arrive from 6:00 pm; the trail starts at 6:30 pm. Finish around 9:30 pm.
- Location: Our vineyards, winery and Winehouse café bar at Yorkshire Heart, Nun Monkton.
- Tickets: £50.00 per Adult,
- Includes: Vineyard tasting trail, at least six sparkling and still wine tastings with nibbles, a winery visit and supper at the Winehouse café bar.
The walk is about one mile on generally level ground. Sensible footwear is recommended.
Getting Here
Pool Lane, Nun Monkton, York, YO26 8EL
We are tucked away in the beautiful village of Nun Monkton, just off the A59 between York and Harrogate.
- By Car: We have plenty of free parking on-site. Just follow the signs for the vineyard once you hit the village.
- By Taxi: We recommend pre-booking your taxi home, as signal can be patchy in the vines!
