Seyval Blanc loves a cool climate, which makes Yorkshire its perfect home. We ferment this slowly to preserve that signature “English” acidity, it’s racy, bright, and full of energy. You’ll get notes of crunch green apple, a squeeze of lemon, and a lovely flinty finish. It doesn’t try to be a tropical fruit bomb; it’s a proper, elegant dry white that knows exactly what it is.
