It’s widely considered one of the best grapes for our cool English climate, producing a wine that is full of flavour but still keeps that lovely refreshing zest. It’s light, it’s floral, and it goes down far too easily on a sunny day. A proper crowd-pleaser.

Ortega is a grape that absolutely loves Yorkshire. While some white wines can be a bit shy, this one jumps right out of the glass. It’s packed with floral aromas and stone fruit flavours, like biting into a fresh peach. We ferment it cool to keep all those delicate scents locked in. The result is a wine with crisp acidity that balances out the fruitiness perfectly. It’s refreshing, aromatic, and full of character.
