Named for where Yorkshire meets the tropics in your glass. Scarbados takes the soft, hazy character of a classic East Coast Pale and loads it with the kind of fruit flavours you don’t normally associate with a cold, windy seafront.
Mosaic and Simcoe are two of the most expressive American hops going, and together they deliver: grapefruit upfront, layers of tropical fruit behind it, and a soft, sweet body that doesn’t lean too hard on the bitterness. It’s juicy, it’s refreshing, and it goes down exactly like a cracking pint should. Light carbonation, clean finish, nothing to argue with.
A limited special, brewed once, enjoyed often. Until it’s gone.

Scarbados was one of those brews where the name came first and the beer had to live up to it. Mosaic and Simcoe together just flood the beer withtropical fruit, mango, grapefruit, the lot, but it stays soft and drinkable. It's an East Coast Pale with Yorkshire running through it. We'll be sad when it's gone.
