Some flavours just belong in Yorkshire. We’ve taken the iconic taste of the Rhubarb Triangle and brewed it into a light, refreshing pale ale.
This isn’t a sugary fruit syrup; it’s a proper beer with a tangy twist. It balances the natural tartness of fresh rhubarb with a smooth malt base. It’s crisp, it’s unique, and it’s incredibly sessionable. With our “Beer in a Box,” you get that fresh, fruity pint straight from the tap.

We wanted to brew a tribute to one of Yorkshire’s most famous exports. Rhu Bar adds a splash of locally sourced rhubarb juice to a blonde ale base. The result is a beer that hits you with a lovely tart aroma, followed by a clean, biscuit malt flavour and a zesty rhubarb finish. It’s sharp enough to be refreshing, but mellow enough to drink all evening. Think rhubarb crumble, but in a pint glass.

"Rhubarb beer can easily go wrong if you make it too sweet. We keep ours tart and crisp. It’s got that lovely sharp 'bite' that rhubarb is famous for, which makes it an amazing palate cleanser. It’s brilliant with a pork pie."
