If you like your white wine fresh, floral, and full of life, meet Latimer. Made from 100% Solaris grapes grown right here in Nun Monkton, this is summer in a bottle.
But don’t let the sweet scent fool you. On the palate, this is crisp, dry, and zesty. It’s a wine with real energy. It pours a lovely mid-gold colour and is best enjoyed with food rather than on its own. A proper dinner party conversation starter.
More Details
We use 100% Solaris grapes for the Latimer, a variety that absolutely loves our Yorkshire soil. Because it ripens early, it packs in bags of fruit flavour before we even pick it. You’ll get notes of crunchy green apple and gooseberry, finished with a distinct hit of lemongrass. It has a tart, mineral quality that comes from our young vines, making it incredibly refreshing.

Very fresh, young but punchy. Peaches upfront and maybe a green apple after. Nice and impressive for an English white!
