Made using the traditional bottle-fermentation method (the hard way), this is a wine of patience and precision. It’s elegant, pale pink, and incredibly lively. Whether it’s a wedding, a Tuesday that needs brightening up, or a gift for someone special, this is Yorkshire hospitality in a bottle.

Why “Vintage”? Because some years are just too good to blend away. We captured the absolute best of the harvest to create a sparkling rosé that balances fresh fruit with a lovely, savoury depth. You get the snap of wild strawberries on the nose, followed by that rich, creamy “toasted” flavour that only comes from proper bottle aging. Harvested in 2018, matured on the lees in tank for 30 months, then lees aged in bottle for 49 months before being riddled and degorged in March 2025.
