If you’re looking for a proper celebration bottle that doesn’t take itself too seriously, this is it. Our Sparkling White is 100% Seyval Blanc, made using the traditional bottle-fermentation method (the same way they make Champagne).
It’s crisp, it’s lively, and it’s packed with fresh fruit. Drinkers describe it as having “Champagne bubbles” with a lovely light finish. Whether you’re toasting a wedding or just Friday night fish and chips, this is Yorkshire fizz done right.

We make this using the same grapes as our award-winning still wines, Seyval Blanc, but we capture the sparkle to give it a whole new life. It bursts with aromas of citrus and hedgerow, followed by the crunch of apple & pear on the palate. It has a fine mousse (that’s wine-speak for bubbles) that feels creamy, not aggressive. It’s dry enough to be elegant, but fruity enough to be fun.
