Great Yorkshire Wine & Fizz Festival Weekend Away
Why just visit for the day? Make a weekend of it. The Great Yorkshire Wine & Fizz Festival is the highlight of our calendar, bringing together over 10 of the best vineyards from across the region. This package is the best way to experience it: a fully inclusive two-night break where you can drink, dance, and camp right here in the vines.
Arrive on Friday for a BBQ and live music warm-up party, enjoy the full festival and tasting experience on Saturday, and wake up to a proper breakfast on Sunday. It’s the ultimate celebration of Yorkshire wine.
The Itinerary
Friday 26th June: The Warm-Up
- Arrival: Pitch up anytime from 12 noon. Relax in the Winehouse Café or find a spot on the lawns to soak up the atmosphere.
- Evening: The weekend kicks off with live music and a BBQ Supper (included in your ticket price). It’s the perfect way to meet your fellow festival-goers.
Saturday 27th June: The Main Event
- Morning: The Winehouse opens at 9:30 am for that essential pre-festival fry-up and coffee.
- 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (The Tasting): The festival begins. You’ll receive your engraved glass and have two hours to work your way around the stalls. Chat to the owners and winemakers from 10+ Yorkshire vineyards and taste the incredible wines being made right here in our county.
- 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm (The Party): From 3pm, the vibe shifts. The bars open for glass and bottle sales (drink in or takeaway), the street food vans fire up, and the live music continues until close.
Sunday 28th June: The Recovery
- Morning: We’ll be open from 9:30 am for breakfast sandwiches and strong coffee to help cure any sore heads before you pack up and head home.
What's Included
This ticket is an all-in-one pass for the weekend:
- 2-Night Camping: Pitch fee for Friday & Saturday night (Tent/Campervan).
- Friday Entertainment: Entry to the music night + BBQ Supper.
- Saturday Festival: Full entry to the Wine & Fizz Festival + Tasting Session (1pm–3pm).
- Facilities: Access to on-site toilets, showers, and water points.

- Camping: Please note our pitches are grass only with no electric hook-up.
- Food: Friday BBQ is included. Saturday/Sunday breakfasts and Saturday festival food are available to purchase separately.
Getting Here
Pool Lane, Nun Monkton, York, YO26 8EL
We are tucked away in the beautiful village of Nun Monkton, just off the A59 between York and Harrogate.
- By Car: We have plenty of free parking on-site. Just follow the signs for the vineyard once you hit the village.=
- By Taxi: We recommend pre-booking your taxi home, as signal can be patchy in the vines!
