I’m Tim Spakouskas and along with my mum Gillian, my wife Georgina and our children, Henry & Eleanor, I run Yorkshire Heart vineyard & brewery.

Established in 2006 when we planted the first 1,500 vines in Nun Monkton, York, North Yorkshire we have continued to grow. develop and establish Yorkshire Heart as a premier vineyard and brewery.

We currently have 25,000 vines planted, with plans to plant another 4,000 vines in spring 2025.

We produce a range of still and sparkling award winning wines. We are open to the public for visits.

The brewery continues to grow from strength to strength, producing a range of award winning craft beers in cask, bottle and bag in box.
