Some flavours just belong in Yorkshire. We’ve taken the iconic taste of the “Rhubarb Triangle” and brewed it into a light, refreshing pale ale.
This isn’t a sugary fruit syrup; it’s a proper beer with a tangy twist. We add fresh rhubarb juice to a smooth blonde ale base, creating a drink that balances natural tartness with malty sweetness. It’s crisp, it’s unique, and it’s incredibly sessionable.

We brewed this as a tribute to one of our county’s most famous exports. Rhu Bar isn’t about overpowering sweetness; it’s about that lovely sharp “bite” you get from fresh rhubarb. It hits you with a tart aroma, settles into a clean biscuit malt, and finishes with a zesty kick. Think of it as liquid rhubarb crumble, without the custard.

"Rhubarb is a tricky ingredient because it can be too sharp. We balance it carefully with the malt to make sure it’s refreshing rather than sour. It’s a fantastic summer beer, but it sells just as well in winter because it’s such a comforting flavour."
