We brew Ghost Porter to be a “proper” dark beer. We use a complex blend of chocolate malt and roasted barley to create layers of flavour that evolve as you drink it. You get immediate notes of dark chocolate and espresso, followed by a lingering toffee sweetness. It’s got a full, velvety mouthfeel that feels like a treat, not a chore.
