We pack every box ourselves right here at the brewery and vineyard. Whether you’re stocking up for a party or sending a gift, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safe, sound, and ready to pour.
Delivery Information
UK Mainland Delivery
- Standard Delivery: £5.95
- Free Delivery: On all orders over £75.00
Dispatch Times
- Mon – Thu (Before 2 pm): Dispatched the same day.
- After 2 pm Thursday: Dispatched the following Monday (to ensure your beer/wine doesn’t sit in a depot over the weekend!).
- Typical Delivery: Within 3 working days.

Returns & Refunds
Changed Your Mind? No problem.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that the bottles be unopened and in their original packaging.
Please note: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Damaged in Transit?
We pack everything as securely as possible, but accidents can happen. If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take a photo of the damage.
- Contact us immediately on 01423 330716 or [email protected].
- We will sort a replacement or refund for you straight away.

Live nearby?
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and collect your order for free from the Winehouse Café. We’re open Tuesday – Sunday.
