Orders
Standard UK delivery is £5.95. If you spend over £75, delivery is completely free.
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday. If you order before 2 pm, we’ll ship it the same day.
Note: Orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday (to stop your delicious beer or wine sitting in a warm depot over the weekend!).
Absolutely. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You can collect your order for free from the Winehouse Café during opening hours (Tue–Sun).
We currently focus on the UK, but we can arrange international shipping on request. Drop us an email at [email protected] for a quote.
Returns & Refunds
We pack everything as securely as possible, but accidents happen. If you spot a breakage, please take a photo and contact us immediately on 01423 330716 or [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
Yes, you have 14 days to return unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that unless the item is faulty, you will need to cover the return postage costs.
Tours & Tastings
Yes, please. Our tours and tastings are very popular and often sell out, especially on weekends. You can book your spot easily online.
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to plan your visit.
While children are welcome on the site and in the café, our Vineyard and Brewery tours are designed for adults (for obvious reasons!). We recommend the self-guided Vineyard Picnic as a more family-friendly option.
Yes. Whether you’re booking Afternoon Tea or an Evening in the Vineyard, our kitchen can cater for Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten-Free diets. Please just let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can prepare.
Planning Your Trip
Yes, we have plenty of free parking for cars, campervans, and even coaches. You are welcome to leave your car overnight if you decide to take a taxi home (just let us know!).
The nearest train station is Hammerton (on the York-Harrogate line), which is about 3 miles away. There is no footpath to the vineyard, so you must pre-book a taxi to complete the journey.
Mobile signal can be patchy out here, so pre-booking is essential. We recommend Neil Phillips Private Hire (07795 387441) or Town Travel (01423 324666).
General
We love dogs! (We have two chocolate Labradors of our own). Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Winehouse Café, on the terrace, and in the outdoor areas. We just ask that they are kept on a lead and you clean up after them.
We are open Tuesday to Sunday all year round.
Tue – Sun: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Closed Mondays (except Bank Holidays).
Yes. The Winehouse Café, terrace, and toilets are all on the ground floor and fully accessible. The vineyard itself is grass/soil, so access can depend on the weather!
