Our first vintage sparkling rosé is made from 80% seyval blanc grapes and 20% Pinot Noir added at fermentation which gives the wine a luxurious pink colour with refreshing summer fruit flavours and raspberry & cherry notes. Our sparkling wines are made in the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle.
The grapes for this wine were harvested in the great summer of 2018, the wine had 28 months tank lees aging before being bottled. It then spent 49 months bottle lees aging, before being degorged in March 2025 to create this stunning vintage sparkling wine.
