There is nothing that gives us as much pleasure than to welcome you into our Vineyard and Brewery. We know the past few months have been challenging for us all. As we are now able to open our doors to wine tours, there will be some changes we are putting in place ready to look after you safely.
How will our tours look?
Because of the current restrictions and guidelines to keep you and our staff COVID Secure we are having to slightly modify our tours and booking system. The tours will be smaller in size and slightly shorter than before. By focusing more on smaller tours we will be able to make sure of the correct social distancing with a smaller group. We will be moving to 3 tours a day on a Wednesday and Saturday.
When are we able to book wine tours again?
We will be starting tours in July for people who have already booked and have been either cancelled during the lockdown or have a booking up to September. We will be prioritising these customers at first. We currently have over 700 people to get booked in, so please be patient with us. You will get an email soon explaining how to rebook a new date and time.
We will then open the booking system for people who have vouchers who haven’t booked yet, shortly after, opening the booking system for all.
I have a voucher purchased pre COVID restrictions, is it still valid?
Yes, your voucher will be valid, we will ask you to book in after a specific date to arrange your tour visit. Please wait for an email in the next few days.
What steps are you putting in place to make sure you are COVID Secure?
COVID Secure is the Government’s standard set based on the current guidelines. We are very lucky in respect to having a facility that is both indoor with open areas and a large outdoor space, weather depending. We will be able to use both our Wine House and Marquee for tasting tours and walk in light lunches.
We are currently putting into place our policy and procedures to make sure social distant guidelines are met when visiting us, this includes.
- 1 meter and more distancing between individual groups in our Wine House and Marquee when on tasting tours and light lunches
- Hand sanitiser stations at all ‘touch point’ areas of the Wine House including entrance, exit and toilet doors.
- Your health is our paramount concern and will only open again with the COVID Secure policy based on the respective government guidelines and our own strict standards.
