Standard Delivery £5.95 

Free Delivery on orders over £75

UK deliveries will be dispatched the same day if ordered Monday – Thursday before 2pm. 

Any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered within 3 working days.

For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us using [email protected] for prices and delivery times.

At busy times, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

All orders will be dispatched to these conditions however we will not be liable for any loss caused by late delivery.

Payment can be made by Paypal or Worldpay in British Pound Sterling (GBP) £ 

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY 

If you wish to cancel your order:  

For cancellations or returns please contact us on 01423 330716 or e-mail us at office@yorkshireheart.com.  

You have 14 days to change your mind and will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods ordered. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging and we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, once we receive them. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.  

If any item has been received damaged then please contact us on the details provided above. 

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
