This year’s harvest is now complete thanks to a fantastic team of dedicated volunteers who have helped us over a series of weekends this autumn.
We have harvested 12 different grape varieties across the vineyard and although growing conditions were less than ideal this year thanks to long periods of cold and wet weather in the Spring, we are pleased with the grapes that we have harvested and are confident that we will have some great tasting wines to enjoy next year!
Now the grapes have been harvested, they begin the 12-month fermentation and maturation process in our on-site winery having been processed immediately after harvest to lock in all of the flavour. The wines are then stabilised, filtered, bottled, labelled and packaged in-house. From grape to glass, everything is done here, at our Vineyard.
