At Yorkshire Heart, our family run vineyard and brewery now has 25,000 vines all year round which enables us to produce fine English wine.
Vineyard Tour
You can come and immerse yourself at our Yorkshire Heart vineyard all year round. With summer and winter tours of our vineyard you can indulge in 3 of our still wines accompanied by a selection of delicious nibbles that complement the wines. If you want to really make a day of it, why not add a light lunch or afternoon tea onto your booking.
A vineyard visit isn’t just about tasting wine however, it is about gaining insight into the working of winemaking. Our sessions are hosted by our knowledgeable guides who can help you identify and appreciate the different aromas, flavours, and textures of the wines.
You will visit the vineyard and winery itself, where you can observe the fermentation, bottling, and ageing processes to see exactly how Yorkshire Heart wine is made. You can also gain a better understanding of the machinery and techniques used to transform grapes from the vineyard into award-winning wine.
Evenings at the Vineyard
At Yorkshire Heart we also offer relaxing evenings at the vineyard. For a memorable night that is full of smooth wine and fine dining, this experience is for you. Overlooking our picturesque vineyard while the sunsets, you will have exquisite canapés and a glass of our award-winning sparkling wine while our owner Chris will share with you his knowledge of the vineyard and guide you through a mini tour of the vines and winery. This is followed by a beautiful three-course meal which is perfectly paired with a half bottle of our Latimer wines of beers per person. To round off an unforgettable night you will indulge in tea, coffee and chocolates.
