Nelson Sauvin IPA is a very special beer. We only brew this IPA once a year, during our harvest at the vineyard.
Brewed to 7% using Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand, we then add 25 litres of juice from our Seyval blanc grapes, a sprinkle of sparkling wine yeast to create a second fermentation, we then leave it to mature in the tank for 4 weeks until its ready to drink.
Nelson Sauvin IPA is full of floral, citrus and white grape flavours.
